Contribution Statement Reminder

Church Pastors, Treasurers and Administrators are busy this time of year preparing their general annual contribution statements for 2018.

Please remember on your statement to include the name and address of the church and add the following phrase:

“No goods or services were provided in exchange for your contribution, other than intangible religious benefits.”
